Through the RealtyTrac Network, Prudential California Realty will have exclusive access to buyer and seller leads, market insights, brand exposure and advertising resources. Therefore, Prudential California Realty will have a competitive advantage against other brokerage companies in their region.

Jamie Moyle, CEO of RealtyTrac, Irvine, Calif., said membership into the RealtyTrac Network is highly selective and brokerages are picked based upon their market ranking and overall performance as a company.

“Prudential California Realty is one of the nations most respected and innovative real estate brokerages and is a perfect fit for this premier network,” Moyle stated in a press release. “The broker network allows us to ensure a consistently high level of service for consumers using RealtyTrac who request help from a local real estate expert.”

RTN members have access to comprehensive housing information and data in the U.S. via Homefacts.com—a RealtyTrac subsidiary—as well as other commercial data sources. Each brokerage is given access to a customized feed of properties aggregated by RealtyTrac nationwide and a search tool that enables network members to focus in on listing leads that meet their specific criteria.

“Equipping our agents with the latest industry resources is paramount to our strategy for success,” said Annette Scherrer-Cosner, co-owner at Prudential California Realty, which serves Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties in Southern California.
