RAIT Financial Trust, Philadelphia, has priced a public offering of 10 million common shares of beneficial interest at $34 per share.The real estate investment trust said the net proceeds are expected to be approximately $317.6 million. The joint book-running managers of the offering were Friedman, Billings, Ramsey & Co. and Bear Stearns & Co.
