Senior Housing Properties Trust, a real estate investment trust based in Newton, Mass., has priced a public offering of 5.6 million common shares of beneficial interest at $21.85 per share. The joint book-running managers of the offering are UBS Investment Bank, Merrill Lynch & Co., and Morgan Stanley & Co.
