Winthrop Realty Trust, a real estate investment trust headquartered in Boston, has announced the pricing of a public offering of 17 million common shares of beneficial interest at $6 per share.Winthrop said it has granted the underwriters an option to buy up to 2.55 million additional shares to cover any overallotments.
