Three property management firms that are subsidiaries of FirstService Corporation decided to merge together as one company.
TenantAccess and
FirstService Residential Realty, based in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., offers a complete suite of services ranging from acquisition, market and property assessments, leasing and evictions through to disposition.
Due to the merger, FirstService now provides services to more than 50,000 properties nationwide. Its combined resources further enable the company to leverage its local model to provide customized, on-the-ground service with standard operating procedures, centralized systems, oversight and report, the company said in a press release.

Other notable executive management hires include Danielle Cooney as chief operating officer and Jim Warren was named chief marketing officer. In total, FirstService Residential Realty has more than 250 employees.
Cooney was previously the vice president of national operations for FirstService Residential Realty, while Warren was the former senior vice president with TenantAccess and PropertyAccess.
As part of the merger, the company also adds an executive and property management office in Austin, Texas, where the other two property management firms are based.
