Mike Hartman, the sales director of Allonhill for the past two years, has left the due diligence firm to "pursue other opportunities," the company said.
Hartman joined the Denver-based company a little over two years ago from JPMorgan Chase. His departure came in late November. He could not be reached for comment.
The privately held Allonhill competes in the due diligence space against such firms as Clayton Holdings, The Bohan Group, and others.
Earlier in the fall Allonhill lost three top officials including chief operating officer Craig Wildrick. The company confirmed those departures but never gave a reason for them.
It confirmed Hartman's leaving, but would offer no specifics.
