The Small Business Administration has placed a lender toolkit on the agency's redesigned website to give its program lenders access to in-depth information and resources.
Lenders will be able to download and submit loan packages, get updates on interest rates and receive news at the site,
Under the link for finding a loan package, users can select a loan type and download the needed forms, get instructions on how to complete the package and have access to standard boilerplates. Among the SBA programs is one where borrowers are able to use proceeds to buy real estate are 7(a) and 504.
Lenders can use the new toolkit to get servicing center contact information based on loan type and stage. There is also a FAQ section, a posting of recent Standard Operating Procedure notices and a weekly lending report, giving details on activities in each of the programs.
