Eric Sieracki has been promoted to executive managing director and named chief financial officer of Countrywide Financial Corporation.The former CFO, Thomas "Keith" McLaughlin, has elected to step down to focus on personal interests. He has agreed to remain with the company in an advisory role. The changes will become effective on April 1.
