SingleSource Property Solutions in Canonsburg, Pa., has merged with iMortgage Services in Pittsburgh.
Financial terms were not disclosed. The transaction was announced on Tuesday.
The combined company will retain the SingleSource name and remain headquartered in Canonsburg.
Brian Uffelman, chief executive of iMortgage, was named chairman of the combined company. Brian Cullen will retain his title as CEO of SingleSource.
SingleSource provides valuation, foreclosure, title and property preservation services. iMortgage provides appraisal management and title and settlement services.
