The website provides state-based lists of mortgage professionals, data, and information about the mortgage transaction, downpayment assistance, and credit counseling resources, as well as home prices and availability. Besides bringing in leads to member brokers and lenders, Micasaprestamos.com (which is available in both Spanish and English) offers information on mortgage-related job opportunities as well as access to companies that have pledged special programs and assistance to help Hispanic borrowers.
