Charles E. Miller Jr. has been named chief financial officer of Sizeler Property Investors Inc., New Orleans.Mr. Miller has worked at various real estate companies with investments in the same types of properties that Sizeler has in its portfolio, such as retail, multifamily, and other income-producing properties, the real estate investment trust said.
