SL Green Realty Corp., New York, has announced the issuance of $100 million of 30-year trust preferred securities in a private placement.The company said the securities will bear an interest rate of 5.61% for the first 10 years, and thereafter the rate will float at 125 basis points above the three-month London interbank offered rate.
