SL Green Prices Stock Offering

SL Green Realty Corp., New York, has priced a public offering of 3.7 million shares of common stock, resulting in gross proceeds of $497.65 million.The company said it plans to contribute the proceeds to its operating partnership, which will use them to fund acquisitions. Lehman Brothers, the sole underwriter of the offering, has been granted an option to buy up to 555,000 additional shares of the stock to cover any overallotments.
