The company also appointed John Frates as executive vice president and Stewart Title Insurance Co. general counsel.

Tom Vinci will continue to lead Title Associates, a division of Stewart Title Insurance Co. that serves as the company’s New York commercial center. Julie Curlen will continue to oversee the New York agency services operations.
