Stonegate Mortgage Opens Cincinnati Branch

Stonegate Mortgage has expanded its business operations in Ohio by opening a new branch that will serve the Cincinnati metropolitan area as well as northern Kentucky.

Chuck Barnes will be the leader of Stonegate’s Cincinnati branch. He has worked in the financial services industry specializing in retail mortgage and real estate partnerships for more than 25 years.

Besides Barnes, the new branch has 11 other employees who have a combined 171 years of experience in the mortgage industry.

“We are excited to bring our brand and service culture to the greater Cincinnati market. We feel our Midwestern values and commitment to service are a perfect fit to the present and future homeowners of the ‘Queen City,’” said Chris Dallas, area sales manager for Stonegate Mortgage in a press release.

So far this year, the Indianapolis-based originator has already opened new offices in North Dallas and the suburbs of Chicago. Currently, Stonegate has branches in 12 states and mortgage advisors can originate in 24 states.

Stonegate Mortgage is a nonbank mortgage company focused on originating, acquiring, selling, financing and servicing U.S. residential mortgage loans. Besides being an originator and a servicer, Stonegate is also a provider of warehouse credit through its acquisition of the Nattie Mac platform.
