Michael McMinn has been named national broker sales executive of Thornburg Mortgage Inc.'s recently developed broker origination channel.Thornburg, based in Santa Fe, N.M., said Mr. McMinn will head the national expansion effort of its broker sales network. Joseph Badal, Thornburg's senior executive vice president, said the wholesale channel "has significant growth implications" for the company. Mr. McMinn was most recently vice president for wholesale mortgage lending in Wells Fargo's Western Region, and he has more than 25 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Thornburg said.
