Three officials – including chief operating officer Craig Wildrick – recently left Allonhill, an independent third-party mortgage review firm based in Denver.

Also leaving the firm were Jennifer LeSueur, who has hired as managing director of due diligence, and Jim Sadler, who back in June was brought onboard as managing director of business process management and analytics.

Sue Allon, CEO of the company that bears her name, confirmed to National Mortgage News that all three have left the firm, but declined to offer much in the way of specifics.

“I can tell you that those three are no longer working at our firm,” she said. “We do not discuss specifics of personnel actions.”

Allon noted that the company has hired “many people in recent months to accommodate the growth of our business. This included a team of four people, led by a new chief operating officer, that brought a classic process management approach that conflicted with our core business philosophy.”

She did not elaborate on that statement but said, “President Diana Mead, who has been with our company since day one, will resume her responsibilities as chief operating officer in addition to her current role as president.”
