Timios National Corp., Arlington, Va., a national provider of real estate services to banks, financial institutions and mortgage lenders, appointed Trevor G. Stoffer chief operating officer and Norman E. Gottschalk III chief technology officer.

With over 25 years of experience in technology within real estate services, Gottschalk joins the company from Earnhardt Ganassi & Target Ganassi Racing, where he served as vice president information technology.
Stoffer has been a director of the company since Oct. 2, and since August 2008, founded and has been the president and chief executive officer of Timios Inc., a wholly owned, indirect subsidiary of the company as of July 2011.
