Total Mortgage Services has purchased a new headquarters building in Milford, Conn., to accommodate what it said are significant growth and expansion plans.
The company’s production, marketing and operations teams will be combined in the 143,802-square-foot Class A office building which it said represents “a substantial expansion” over its existing space in the city, where it has been located since its founding 16 years ago.
The company plans to move into the new headquarters in the fall of this year.
TMS president John Walsh called the move a “significant milestone” for the company, which is licensed in 29 states and the District of Columbia and plans to become a nationwide lender.
