U-Store-It Trust, a Cleveland-based real estate investment trust, will replace Windrose Medical Properties Trust, Indianapolis, in the S&P REIT Composite Index after the close of trading on Dec. 19, Standard & Poor's has announced.S&P said the reason for the change is that Windrose is being acquired by Health Care REIT Inc.
