Bradford Technologies Inc., a developer of interactive valuation analytics for appraisers, has launched a new version of one of its automated products.
The company has released CompCruncher 3, a product it describes as the third generation of the technology that
This version of the technology “introduces several industry-first innovations,” according to the company, including the “seamless” incorporation of statistical support into traditional appraisal products and the auto-generation of appraisal reports, such as the 1004, with “a single click.”
“With the original CompCruncher, statistical support was only available in the CVR appraisal. The new version enables statistical analysis to be used in traditional appraisals,” according to the company.
CompCruncher 3 also introduces a new “S” designation for appraisal reports, such as the 1004S and 2055S, according to Bradford.
“This designation signifies that the appraisal has a statistically supported value derived by analyzing hundreds of properties, rather than the three comparables typically used to support a traditional appraisal,” the company said in a press release.
The new version of the technology also was designed to guide the appraiser through the valuation process to avoid the need for training.
