Washington Real Estate Investment Trust, Rockville, Md., has announced the pricing of a public offering of 1.5 million shares of its common stock at $35 per share. The REIT said it will grant the underwriters an option to buy up to 225,000 additional shares to cover any overallotments. J.P. Morgan Securities Inc., Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, Wachovia Capital Markets LLC, and Raymond James & Associates are the joint book-running managers of the offering.
