I am working to be more intentional with my time and one of the things I having chosen to do is make 15 outbound phone calls a day asking for business. Fifteen calls. Asking for business. Not exactly what lights my fire each morning, but I know it works and it doesn't cost a dime.
I created a simple form to track the calls each day. I know if I just hope to get it done, it won't. I'm pretty predictable that way. I've got to be focused and intentional. My goal is to finish the calls by 11:00 each morning. No matter what, I have to finish before the end of the day.
I primarily call Realtors but also mix this up with my annual phone calls and prospect follow up calls. I have about 120 agents that I email to once a week, but only about 30 that really know me. This has given me a chance to connect and deepen that relationship just a bit.
