Open houses are a fabulous opportunity for you to connect and deepen
My personal opinion (for what it's worth) is that Realtors have open houses
I asked Danielle to share what went into each basket:
- I bought a few small wire baskets at Dollar Tree ($1 each!)
- I lined the bottom with a drawstring garbage bag—I thought it might come in handy for trash.
Inside I put the following:
- Company koozie and water bottle (chilled of course—it’s over 100 degrees in Texas right now)
- Snapple Singles or any drink mix to add to that bottle of water (six for $1 at Target)
- Notepad and pen, all with company logos
- Snacks: crackers, granola bar, Skittles—because they probably forgot to eat with all the running around.
- Breath mints
- Small hand sanitizer (three for $1 pack at Dollar Tree)
- Scented candle
- Measuring tape
- Screwdriver with eight attachments. I found this at Dollar Tree for $1!
- Pack of tissues
- My brochure
- And of course, business card—I even threw in a magnet
Additional things that you can add:
- Gum instead of mints
- Plug ins or air freshener instead of candle
- Wet Wipes instead of tissues
- Single size bag of pretzels
- Printed loan applications
- Duct tape
- Toilet Paper
