Loan Think

The Loan Expert

Several weeks ago we ran articles based on "Does Credit Repair Work or is it just a scam?" Well the report is complete and if you want to receive a copy, email me at joel@roadmaptosuccesswithagents.com and I will forward a copy to you.

But for today, I want to tell you about an experience I had this week.

I needed my driveway and other concrete surfaces power washed. Why? Well that is a long story but they needed to be done.

So what do you think I expected? I expected that the concrete surfaces would be cleaned and that no evidence that the power washers ever came to the house would exist. Right? Why not? I want the concrete surfaces clean and I want the stuff they power wash off of the concrete to be GONE. Right?

Well much to my disappointment, the "stuff" that came off the concrete doesn't just evaporate or is it sucked down a hose like at the dentist. That stuff went everywhere; even on the windows that the power washers had just cleaned.

I know you are ahead of me already but I've got to say it anyway: the power wash guys DID NOT clean the stuff off of the walls, windows, plants, fire pit, furniture. They got the concrete cleaned but left me with a mess of a different type.

Of course, while disappointed, I am not surprised.

No call came from the owner of the company: "How did my guys do?" "Are you satisfied?" Much less did he come to the job and make sure things went well.

Learning lesson: Don't move "stuff" around and think you accomplished anything.

Second lesson: Follow up to make sure your customers are happy. I recently read, and can't remember the exact details, but it is something like 80% of income for profitable companies comes from past clients.

IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFYING YOUR PAST CLIENTS YOU ARE LOSING A LOT OF INCOME

Hope you enjoyed the article and I hope you want to receive the credit repair report.
