If you know you need to make a change, determine to make it now. Now, that doesn't mean necessarily that you walk into your boss's office and quit today. But, if know you need to find another place to work, start the process now.
If you know you need to separate yourself from bad actors, do it now.
If you know you need to start a marketing program, learn how and start now.
