Loan Think

The Loan Expert

What were you doing in 1999? Do you remember?

Well, in 1999, I had 16 spec houses for sale. I was running a housing business that was running out of cash very quickly. I was doing my best to stay afloat. I needed more pull through and I started looking around for a resource to help me. Sound familiar?

I needed to get more customers qualified. I came across a particular credit repair company. Later, in about 2002 or 2003, the Federal Trade Commission lowered the boom on them and they were out. I wonder how much money they took from consumers before they were shut down.

The point I want to make: In 1999, credit repair companies were lying to consumers and too many are lying today. As you know, the government is cracking down on companies and industries that take money from consumers before performing services. Of course, it is one thing to charge customers upfront and then actually perform the service, return calls, refund money to unhappy customers and to take money up front and disappear. These hucksters are the reason the government has had to institute laws in the first place.

I have been studying the credit repair industry and have built a list of credit repair professionals that I can recommend to you in almost any market in the country. Of course, this referral is free to you and I will not earn any fee in return for the referral.

If you are interested in receiving a referral to a credit repair company in your market, just send me an e-mail to joel@oxpublishing.com.

Be sure to include your complete contact information.

The only way to increase your income is to improve your pull through rate.
