Your closed clients forget you in 13 months. That's a staggering statistic considering the home buying cycle is usually five to ten years depending. So it's hard. It's hard to stay in communication with those clients. It takes time and effort. You have to write the emails, send the texts, make sure it's compliant, and make sure it's personal. And that triggers our campaigns. For example, we'll go into the email where they'll see it, and you'll see, "Okay, you completed an application in the system." They get an email; your logo would be up here. All the information about that step they just completed, your image, your contact information, and all the loan details are flooding in from your LOS and being sent straight to them. This is available both to your borrower and your realtor, so they're all updated on the progress, and it can be sent in text messages as well. These are some other examples; we have newsletters, which all have your information on them. I know some of you say, "Oh, newsletters," but let me tell you, they keep you top of mind and hit your client every month. So when your client is ready, they know to call you, and it's worked.

We just had a recent client tell us it worked for them twice on one newsletter. They got that refi, and now obviously we make sure that their birthdays are personal to them so that they feel special and you didn't have to lift a finger. We pulled all that information straight from your LOS. Now, we also want to make sure that Advo is working for you, so we keep reports. You can come in here at any time and scroll through to see all the emails that you've sent. You can see how many of each email was sent, delivered, and opened. You can even click into this full report. If this was a real account, you could see how many people actually opened it. If you sent that rate email, you could see who actually opened it and clicked it, and you could make a phone call to that person who found interest in that email.
