Indianapolis FHLB President is Retiring

Milton Miller, the president of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis, is retiring due to “medical reasons,” according to the FHLB.

His retirement is effective July 1 and the FHLB board of directors has appointed Cindy Konich and Jonathan West to act as co-presidents and chief executive officers until the board appoints a permanent president and CEO.

Konich currently is the FHLB’s executive vice president and chief financial officer. West is the executive vice president and chief operating officer.

The Indianapolis FHLB district serves Indiana and Michigan. The FHLB has an active mortgage purchase program. The Indianapolis bank purchased $1.3 billion in MPP loans from its members in 2012.
