Appraisal management company Accurate Group is looking to expand its nationwide appraiser network.
Cleveland-based Accurate Group said in a news release Tuesday that it is looking to sign up people "in key markets," citing the decline in the number of licensed and certified appraisers.
"To be successful, we recognize that a strong, mutual partnership with all appraisers is extremely important. We want to do all we can to attract the best quality appraisers to our team," Accurate Group President and Chief Executive Paul Doman said in the release.
To attract appraisers, Accurate Group is offering benefits including access to its appraisal management platform and its ValueNet desktop appraisal technology product, a streamlined onboarding process with no upfront costs and fast payments for completed appraisals.
Accurate Group provides its appraisal and other services on an outsourced basis to lenders and servicers of mortgage, refinance and home equity loans.
