Mortgage Quality Management and Research has hired Jeff Christensen as vice president of sales.

Christensen brings more than 10 years of mortgage compliance experience to MQMR, having served as both the chief financial officer and chief executive officer of Mortgage Compliance Advisors, of which he was a founding member in 2008.

District of Columbia

Washington

Ginnie Mae has named Adetokunbo Lofinmakin chief financial officer after serving in the role in an acting capacity since January 2018.

Lofinmakin joined Ginnie in 2015 as controller and was responsible for directing operational accounting transactions.

Ginnie Mae also named Thomas Young director of counterparty risk management.

Young served with the Goldman Sachs Group for 24 years, including as the chief risk officer of the Goldman Sachs Bank USA.

ACES Risk Management has hired Kyle Kehoe as chief revenue officer.

Kehoe, who brings over 20 years of industry experience, previously served with CRIF Lending Solutions/MeridianLink, Yodlee and Equifax.

Exceleras has hired Barry Owens as vice president of business development.

Owens, who has nearly 30 years of mortgage servicing and sales experience, recently served as senior vice president of business development for OrangeGrid.

Before that, he was director of sales for Dimont and business development manager for SingleSource Property Solutions.

Louisiana

Ross Mortgage Corp., a residential mortgage lender headquartered in Troy, Mich., is expanding into Louisiana, where Ashley Courville will manage the firm's new office in Lafayette.

Courville, who has over 10 years of mortgage experience, will be responsible for originating loans and coordinating community outreach efforts.
