LONGMONT

Alliant National Title Insurance Co. said that its vice president and Florida counsel, Jeff Stein, has been named president of the Florida Land Title Association.

Stein manages legal issues throughout the country on behalf of Alliant National and is also responsible for underwriting and independent agent education programs in the Southeast.

He has more than 34 years of industry experience working for major underwriters and in private practice.

DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA

WASHINGTON

The United States Senate confirmed the president's nomination of Nani Coloretti to serve as deputy secretary of the Department of Housing and Urban Development.

As the second most senior official at HUD, Coloretti will manage the department's day-to-day operations, including a $45 billion annual budget and approximately 8,500 employees.

Prior to joining HUD, she served as an assistant secretary at the Department of the Treasury where she advised the secretary on the development and execution of the department's budget, strategic plans, and the internal management of the agency and its numerous bureaus.

FLORIDA

MAITLAND

Digital Risk has named Dave Lucchino and Earl Smith to the company's leadership team.

Lucchino will assume the role of executive vice president of operations and Smith will fulfill the role of executive vice president of capital markets.

Lucchino brings 25 years of experience in global financial services operations, including senior leadership positions in mortgage originations, servicing and default at JPMorgan Chase and CitiMortgage.

Smith comes to Digital Risk with over 30 years of experience in the mortgage finance industry, including mortgage insurance, mortgage banking and investment banking.

GEORGIA

ATLANTA

Patricia Hamilton has joined The StoneHill Group, a national provider of quality control, due diligence and mortgage fulfillment solutions for mortgage lenders, banks and credit unions, as business development manager.

Hamilton, a 20-year veteran of Freddie Mac, will be responsible for managing sales and client accounts throughout the U.S. West.

Most recently, she managed sales in the Western territory for HomeBridge Funding, a correspondent lender.

Her other roles include serving as an account executive with North American Property Preservation Corp. and as national account manager for Opteum.

ILLINOIS

LINCOLNSHIRE

Opus Capital Markets Consultants, a provider of mortgage due diligence, appointed John Levonick as chief compliance counsel.

Opus CMC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Wipro Ltd., a global information technology, consulting and business process services company.

Levonick brings to Opus experience in advising mortgage industry participants on compliance, risk management and related legal matters.

Prior to joining Opus CMC, he served as the director of legal services, consumer financial services at Accenture LLP and was also the chief legal and compliance officer at Mortgage Cadence.

MASSACHUSETTS

BOSTON

Berkshire Group hired Gleb Nechayev as senior vice president, economic and market research.

In this role, Nechayev will lead the development of original real estate research at Berkshire, as a part of its investments group.

Prior to joining Berkshire, he was senior managing economist for CBRE Econometric Advisors (formerly Torto Wheaton Research), where he provided economic outlook in the multifamily, retail and hotel property sectors.

Previously, he held a senior research position with Lend Lease Real Estate Investments.

DANVERS

Cheryll LeBlanc has joined Mortgage Network Inc. as a district manager based in the company's Auburn, Mass., branch office.

In her new role, LeBlanc will be responsible for opening new Mortgage Network offices in the central Massachusetts area in addition to serving homebuyers and homeowners.

Most recently, she served as a branch manager for Wells Fargo Mortgage, where she was responsible for growing sales in the central and western areas of the state.

MICHIGAN

TROY

United Wholesale Mortgage appointed Justin Glass to chief digital officer, a newly created position.

Glass, an eight-year veteran of UWM who most recently served as SVP of business development, will have responsibility for UWM’s digital innovation and core digital platforms, including web, mobile, CRM, loan transaction system, as well as future digital innovation.

In October, UWM received Mortgage Technology magazine's 2014 Online Originator Award, acknowledging its commitment to using web-based technologies to generate borrower leads and convert them into closed loans.

PENNSYLVANIA

PITTSBURGH

The PNC Financial Services Group Inc. said that senior vice chairman and chief risk officer Joseph Guyaux has been appointed president and chief executive officer of PNC Mortgage.

Guyaux succeeds E. Todd Chamberlain, who has resigned due to family considerations, effective Jan. 31, 2015.

Joseph Rockey, executive vice president, will become chief risk officer. He currently leads enterprise risk management and the Basel office within PNC's risk management organization.

Guyaux is a 42-year veteran of PNC who has held leadership positions in nearly every one of the company's core business activities.

He served as president of the bank and its holding company from 2002 to 2012, and from 2005 to 2012 he was head of retail banking.

Rockey joined PNC in 1999 as senior vice president and chief financial officer of PNC Secured Finance.

He became director of strategic planning in 2001 and in 2003 was promoted to executive vice president and assumed responsibility for PNC's interdependent business activities.

UTAH

WEST VALLEY CITY

Green River Capital, a provider of REO asset management and loss mitigation services for mortgage servicers, investment firms and banking institutions, promoted Aviva Bush and Laura Ferris to senior vice presidents. In addition, Richard Lundbeck has joined the company as a vice president.

Both Bush and Ferris joined GRC in December 2007. Prior to her promotion, Bush was vice president at GRC and held positions at Fidelity, Fairbanks Capital, LOGS and First National Bank of Commerce.

Ferris, who had been vice president, component services, is now senior vice president, product development.

Ferris also has experience in loss mitigation and residential real estate operations.

Lundbeck most recently served as vice president at ServiceLink where he created, implemented and managed the REO operation for the company's local closing model.

Previously, he served as vice president of REO and curative operations for Lender Processing Services.

WISCONSIN

BROOKFIELD

Inlanta Mortgage Inc. expanded in Michigan with the addition of a new mortgage branch office in Grand Haven, which will be managed by Kolbey Nelson.

Nelson has spent 16 years in the mortgage industry and prior to Inlanta Mortgage was a manager at Guaranteed Rate and E Mortgage Management.
