Stonegate Mortgage to Create 175 More Jobs in California

Stonegate Mortgage is planning to add over 175 jobs in Southern California.

The Lake Forest, Calif.-based lender will hire mortgage professionals, and call center and customer service representatives, according to a press release.

New members of the recently launched Stonegate Direct team will assist in simplifying the home loan application process for qualified customers via the Internet and look for applicants eligible to refinance. Consumers will have 24-hour access to Stonegate Direct mortgage advisors every day, the release said.

"Our Stonegate Direct business is about providing customers with access to mortgage products in an easy and timely way," said Lisa Rogers, executive vice president of loan origination for Stonegate Mortgage. "We are taking a customer-focused approach that will…drive originations as we continue to grow in 2014 and beyond."
