Narayan Bharadwaj, the former general manager and head of mortgage technology vendor Wipro Gallagher Solutions, will serve as president and chief operating officer of the newly created professional services division of document preparation vendor DocuTech.
The new unit of Idaho Falls, Idaho-based DocuTech will provide technology-focused operation services to financial institutions.
Bharadwaj has more than 20 years of operational executive experience in banking and financial services technology, including four years as head of the Gallagher Solutions loan origination system business that the IT consulting and outsourcing services provider Wipro Ltd. acquired in 2008. Bharadwaj left Wipro in June to serve as global head of industry solutions at Virtusa Corp., an IT services firm based in Westborough, Mass.
