Ellie Mae has released an updated version of its mortgage management software, with updates on compliance and overnight rate protection for secondary marketing.
Ellie Mae released version 15.2 of its Encompass product, according to a Monday news release.
The new version includes updated information on call report compliance on the reporting of loan applications and pre-approval requests based on the revised definition of "application." The new version of the Encompass software allows users to track loan information, including the date of "application," in addition to initial and final loan amounts.
The new Encompass also includes updates related to TILA-RESPA integrated disclosures.
Users can also now submit lock requests on rates, when the Lock Desk is closed.
