ISGN Corp. in Palm Bay, Fla., has completed the sale of its business process outsourcing unit to Firstsource Group USA, a subsidiary of the Indian firm RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group.
Through the deal, which was announced in January, Firstsource acquired ISGN's outsourced mortgage origination and mortgage servicing, title and settlement services, and valuation businesses. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Following the sale, ISGN still holds its mortgage technology product portfolio, which includes LoanDynamix, a loan servicing system, Tempo, a default management system, and CFPB Compliance RiskCheck.
ISGN said in a news release Thursday that it has plans for several new product development releases in 2016.
