Guaranteed Rate Affinity, a Chicago-based joint venture between Guaranteed Rate and Anywhere Integrated Services, promoted Kevin Ginsburg to national builder divisional manager. In this role, he will lead the company's builder strategy nationwide, with a focus on expanding builder partnerships across Guaranteed Rate Affinity and its real estate partner, Coldwell Banker. 

Ginsburg previously served as regional president and has been a member of the Guaranteed Rate Affinity leadership team since the company's inception. Prior to joining Guaranteed Rate Affinity, he worked as a division builder manager at Bank of America.

Dynex Capital appoints Michael Sartori chief financial officer

Sartori, who had served as head of capital markets and financial planning and analysis since 2019, joined the company in 2013 as assistant controller. Prior to joining Dynex Capital, Sartori spent several years at Genworth in accounting management roles focused on derivatives accounting.

Beeline Holdings announces Barry Levenson as executive strategic advisor

Beeline Holdings, a Providence, Rhode Island-based digital mortgage platform, appointed Barry Levenson as executive strategic advisor. Levenson has more than three decades of mortgage banking experience and will advise the company's leadership team on capital strategy, loan economics, product positioning and funding efficiency. He is the founding principal and CEO of LK Secured Lending and previously served as managing director at PennyMac. Earlier in his career, Levenson was a founding executive of Countrywide Bank.

Rate adds seven Movement Mortgage loan officers in December

Rate, a Chicago-based fintech company, announced that seven loan officers from Movement Mortgage joined the company in December 2025. The loan officers, Gabriel Carter (Santa Barbara, California); Katie Blake (Tarpon Springs, Florida); Brandon Kelter (Tarpon Springs); Alexandra Hunt (Tampa, Florida); James Golotko (Lakeland, Florida); Jason Buchanan (Tarpon Springs); and Scott Miller (Tarpon Springs), pointed to Rate's technology platform, workflows and growth infrastructure as key reasons for the switch.

Jet Mortgage names Greg Austin executive vice president, wholesale

Jet Mortgage, a California-based national wholesale mortgage lender and a division of Home Mortgage Alliance Corporation, appointed Greg Austin as executive vice president, wholesale. He will lead wholesale originations and be responsible for broker relationships, sales leadership and expansion initiatives nationwide. Austin has more than two decades of experience in wholesale and correspondent lending.

Prior to joining Jet, he worked at Carrington Mortgage Services, where he was executive vice president of mortgage lending. Earlier in his career, Austin held a similar position at Impac and was head of sales and marketing for Hudson & Marshall.

Thompson will lead revenue strategy and growth initiatives across the company's enterprise client base, after previously serving as senior vice president of enterprise sales at Evolve Mortgage Services. Job brings more than two decades of financial services leadership experience, including 16 years at Citibank, where he led consumer mortgage and correspondent lending operations.
