Lisa A. Duehring has been named president of Alliance Bancorp, a conduit, wholesale lender, and securitizer of residential mortgage-backed securities based in Brisbane, Calif.Ms. Duehring will be responsible for directing the company's Warehouse Lending Group and secondary marketing. Before joining Alliance, she was executive vice president at Impac Cos., Newport Beach, Calif., where she was employed from 1995 to 2005. Ms. Duehring was previously with Imperial Credit Industries, Glenfed Mortgage Corp., and RNG Mortgage/California Mortgage Service.
