Dan Thoms has been named senior vice president for sales and strategic initiatives at AllRegs, an Eagan, Minn.-based online publisher of reference information for the residential mortgage lending industry.Mr. Thoms was most recently vice president of education and business development for the Mortgage Bankers Association, where he was instrumental in the launch of CampusMBA, the association's educational division, AllRegs said. Before joining the MBA, Mr. Thoms served as associate director of The Center for Learning and Educational Technology at the University of Maryland in College Park, Md.
