ARC Hires Winer to Lead Debt Strategy

American Realty Capital, New York, said that Andrew Winer has joined the company to lead a number of the firm's strategic debt initiatives.

He will be charged with advising ARC, its affiliates and subsidiaries in connection with debt capital markets.

Winer's experience includes 20 years in commercial real estate finance, including 17 years at Credit Suisse and its predecessors.

Most recently, he oversaw pricing, hedging and execution of commercial securitized real estate debt at Credit Suisse.
