Marielle Jan de Beur has been named to head global commercial mortgage-backed securities research at Bear, Stearns & Co., New York.Ms. Jan de Beur, a managing director, will be responsible for providing advice and analysis for investors on the CMBS and commercial debt obligation markets. She was most recently head of U.S. CMBS research at Morgan Stanley, and she was previously a senior analyst for Legg Mason Wood Walker's real estate equity research group, Bear Stearns said.
