Fred Bolstad has been named managing director of wholesale lending at CitiMortgage, St. Louis, effective Oct. 1.Mr. Bolstad joined CitiMortgage in 2001 as national sales director for its Smith Barney and employee channels, the company said. Earlier this year, his responsibilities were expanded to include sales oversight of the Citibank lending and corporate channels of CitiMortgage's retail lending business.
