Total Mortgage Services, Milford, Conn., which continues to expand its presence in wholesale lending, on Monday named two new hires on the operational side of the business.
The nondepository named Victoria Bextel head of national operations for both retail and wholesale. It also hired Elaine Presta as wholesale operations manager.
Bextel brings to this newly-created senior management position 22 years of experience including stints at Provident Funding and HomeSide Lending.
“Total Mortgage is committed to making significant investments in its operational infrastructure, from talent to technology, to make certain the best possible processes and practices are in place for our retail customers and mortgage broker partners, as well as to insure a quality asset is delivered to our investors,” said company president John Walsh.
Presta joins Total Mortgage from ISGN, a mortgage technology provider, where she serviced as an assistant vice president.
