DRI Management Systems has released a new portal to the DRI Office default servicing management platform aimed at providing better communication between real estate brokers and servicer asset managers in real estate owned property dispositions.

The company has automated as many of the otherwise manual processes as possible to increase productivity levels, said Fred Melgaard, executive vice president and COO of DRI, in a press statement. Because the portal is accessed online, brokers can access it wherever they can connect to the Internet.

The Newport Beach, Calif.-based company said the new DRI Broker portal works independently for REO brokers and for asset managers, in conjunction with the DRI Office default servicing platform or with other servicing systems.

The broker interface has a number of tools, including offer and counteroffer management and pre-marketing functions like valuation, eviction, relocation assistance and other tasks REO brokers must do before they list REO properties for sale. The interface also includes property preservation management and a way to track the listing and marketing process.
