Bob Chapman has been named chief operating officer of Duke Realty Corp., Indianapolis.Mr. Chapman has been Duke's executive vice president of real estate operations since 2003. He joined the company in 1997 as executive vice president of acquisitions, and became regional executive vice president for Duke's Southeast Region in 1999, the company said.
