Little has been named executive vice president of customer relations at EMC Mortgage Corp., Lewisville, Texas.Mr. Little was most recently vice president of default services at Household International/HSBC North America, where he held various positions in servicing and default operations since 1983. In addition to managing approximately 600 employees in EMC's customer care and default management operations, Mr. Little will oversee the company's second site in Irvine, Calif., which is scheduled to open in the spring, EMC reported.
