Fannie Mae Prices $6B in Benchmark Notes

Fannie Mae has priced a $6 billion new issue of three-year Benchmark Notes due March 30, 2016 slated to settle Friday.

The notes have a 0.5% coupon, and were priced with at 99.886 to yield 0.537% at a spread of 11 basis points over a comparable Treasury issue.

The deal was originally announced Wednesday.
