FNIS Names CFO

Jeffrey S. Carbiener has been named executive vice president and chief financial officer of Fidelity National Information Services, Jacksonville, Fla.Mr. Carbiener replaces Al Stinson, who will retain his position as CFO for Fidelity National Financial Inc., of which FNIS is a majority-owned subsidiary.
