Freddie Mac Prices Three-Year Reference Notes

Freddie Mac has priced its new 0.50% three-year Reference Notes security due on May 13, 2016 at 99.994 to yield 0.502%, or 13 basis points more than three-year U.S. Treasury Notes.

The issue (CUSIP 3137EADQ9) is scheduled to settle Thursday.

A syndicate of dealers headed by BNP Paribas Securities, Corp., Citigroup Global Markets and Nomura Securities International offered the notes.
