Xerox Mortgage Services is set to host a free webinar to help mortgage industry participants better understand the appraisal components of the government-sponsored enterprises’ Uniform Mortgage Data Program.
Participating on the panel will be Chris Gowen, vice president of sales and marketing at Veros Software. Veros is the technology vendor contracted to build the Uniform Collateral Data Portal. The UCDP is the technology that lenders an appraisal management companies will use to submit electronic appraisal reports to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
Also scheduled for the webinar is Jennifer Miller, executive vice president of products, at a la mode. Nancy Alley, vice president of product management at Xerox Mortgage Services will serve as moderator.
The webinar will cover the new UCDP and Uniform Appraisal Dataset requirements and deadlines, as well as address compliance concerns.
